Outside florist?

Hi all

My family have offered to make the bouquets and boutonnieres. Do Disney allow this?

Disney allows personal florals (bouquets, bouts, etc...) to be either brought from home or you can use an outside florist for any venue.

But if you want to make the ceremony or reception decor you will have to check with your planner bc you must use WDW florists for any in-park events and at ADH.

There may be more restrictions so it's always best to check with your planner.

yay! That's good to hear...the sales consultant told me she "thought" this was allowed...but she wasn't sure!

I am especially glad since I own a flower shop - so I can save a BOATLOAD....and I'm extremely picky

Personal floral is fine from an outside source at any location but if you are in an area within view of resort guests or in a Theme Park, the decor floral needs to come from Disney.

I thought bouquets and boutonnieres (personal flowers) are fine as provided by an outside vendor and that it only becomes an issue in the parks if you have centerpieces, etc. I will have to ask the planner to clarify, I guess! \

For example - in my situation - I would think it would be okay to have my bouquet at my DP in Epcot ... I will post any new info I get from my planner when I talk to them in like a week!

Right on both counts! I think you are saying the same thing but worded differently!

Namely, that personal floral can be provided by an outside vendor no matter where your venue is, but decor floral must be provided by Disney in the parks, at Atlantic Dance Hall, and at any outdoor resort location.
