I know this question had probably been asked a million times, but can you use an outside florist for your ceremony and reception if they are not inside the park? Thanks!
Technically, you can use an outside florist at outdoor venues for your personal floral (bouquets, boutionnieres, etc.) but not for any other kind of decor. Which means, yeah, Disney pretty much has a lock on floral at outdoor venues too.

So, if I have my ceremony at the Boardwalk inn Poolside green, Disney will allow me to use an outside florist for my bridal bouquet, bridesmaids' bouquets, mother's flowers and boutonnieres?
They must have changed teh rulse because I could use an outside florist for the Atlantic Dance hall. We had a friend who is a florist who was a guest at the wedding did my flowers for everything except the Dessert party.
We got married at the Yacht Club's outdoor gazebo and I was able to use Emily from Charming Events. She did everything- bouquets, boutonnieres- as well as a floral swag of roses, etc. with chiffon hanging from the top of the gazebo which was later used at our sweetheart table and aisle marker flowers which were used at the cake table. We also got lighted ficus trees to add to the ambiance of the ballroom- going through Emily was a lot cheaper than Disney.
