Outlook Express...help!

I use Outlook Express to check my e-mails. However, all my e-mails from my mom are going straight to my "Deleted items" folder. I have no idea why....well, maybe it had something to do with my toddler clicking and "typing". Can anyone offer a solution?

Open your outlook express
click on tools
click on mail rules
select mail

from this section you can make up rules to where your mail goes,check here to see if anything has been set.

Also try this:
click on tools
click on message rules
click on "blocked senders list" any person on this list automatically is sent to the delete folder.

Thanks, she was "blocked" My toddler was also messing with my firewall....that's all back in order.
