Outlet store question

I was looking at the list of stores at the two Premium outlet malls. I saw that the one on International has something called DLL Electronics and one called Electronics Outlet.

What type of electronics do they sell? I am thinking along the lines of cell phone batteries/chargers or photography equipment.

Does anyone know of any outlet stores that sell tripods?
