Outgrown Fairy Tales and Pixie Dust?

This is the new ad I just saw for Universal Orlando... with "Surrender" by Cheap Trick as the theme... what do people think?

I, for one, will never outgrow fairy tales and pixie dust. Certainly beats dirty parks like Universal. Blah!

Anytime I've been to the Universal parks they've been as clean, if not cleaner than any of the WDW parks

The ad sounds clever, as is Zurg's response. Like 02bBarbie, I have never found Universal to be a "dirty park".

I haven't ben in a while, so maybe things have changed. I was there new years 1997-1998 and garbage cans were overflowing, bathrooms were dirty and without toilet paper. The floors also had a lot of litter. Now, I know I went had one of the busiest times and the parks were mobbed, but WDW was spotless as always.

Same here - we were there (universal) in June 99, and we found it to be dirty and more of a dissappointment....

Who knows - maybe they cleaned stuff up and that's why they're advertising this way.

I haven't been to Universal, but I suspect it's a nice park. Y'all will have to let me know because where there's no , there's no Micca

I was very dissapointed in Universal when I went a few years ago. I refuse to return. EVERY ride we wanted to go on was broken, with the acception of ET and Back to the Future. And ET was the only one we enjoyed. Back to the Future did not have the same effect as rides like Star Tours, and we all got horrible whip lash. Mind you, this was quite a few years ago and I'm sure the park has changed a lot since, but we had a horrible time and left after only a few hours.

The parks were spotless last year and all of the rides were working. No complaints from me.
