Outdoor heaters in January?

We're planning a trip for mid-January, including indoor dining, but would like to eat outside as much as possible for covid precautions. Do restaurants with outdoor patio space have up portable heaters in the winter time? Just thinking for dinner reservations whether they will seat outside, and whether it would be comfortable? Rose and Crown had them and used them several years ago when I was there on a chilly eve. But I can't guarantee that even if they have them, they'll be using them these days.

The last time we were in “the bubble”, we ate a lot at DS and all the restaurants with outdoor seating had heat lanterns: the Boathouse, Paddlefish, Jaleo, RR, etc. Wouldn’t be surprised to see them at the various eateries with outside seating within the parks and resorts.
