I can get a $50 gift card for Outback, was thinking of taking it to Disney with us. Are the Outbacks down there good? Good kids menu? Worth going to or taking out from?

I like the Outback on 192 West. It is on the left side as you go west on 192 (Irlo Bronsen Highway).
They do have a children's menu and the food is the same as you would find in any Outback sinde they are a chain.
they do get busy in the evening but I have never had more than a 1/2 hour wait in Orlando compared to sometimes over an hour wait here in the CT ones.

We just ate there last week and this was the first time in years. I had a steak that was the best i'v had in a long time. It was better than Le Cellier at disney.

I was wondering about wait time too. Thanks. Im in CT as well and the waits up here are crazy, so much so that we dont eat there!

You can always call head. That way you are on the list before you get there. Cuts down on the wait time! And the ones near Disney are good. We normally eat at the one off 535 and Vineland. It is across from the outlet mall and next door to a Publix.

We've also eaten at the one on W 192, and were very happy with the quality and service. Great kids menu! In fact, some adults at a nearby table ordered the kids mac-n-cheese for their dinner. Waitress had absolutely no problem with it.

BTW, my dd has ordered the mac-n-cheese an the portion is huge and it's really good! Not the boxed stuff.

Good to know about the kids menus. Our girls are 12, son is 8, but the menu said for kids under 10. So good to know the girls can order from it too.

Lisa,

One time I ordered the steak from the childs menu as I was just not very hungry. I asked ahead of time if I could do that (I was a little embarrassed), and they said "no problem, folks do that all the time." (I only tried this after seeing the Orlando tourists order the Mac-n-Cheese). At least the steak is a little more $$.

Plus my husband had a big steak, my dd5 had the kids steak too, and we had drinks. So we ran up a nice bill never-the-less. :)

Excellent, thanks. I am perfectly satisfied with a kids portion myself, so its nice to know some restaurants let you order from it for an adult. And as mentioned, why should I pay full price when my girls can eat off the kids menu and be satisfied.

The best Outback steak that I've ever had was, believe it or not, at the Orlando International Airport location.

I'll third the Outback on W 192.

It sits back from the road in that shopping center...

But I can say one night i met my Dmom and dsis for dinner. We couldn't get a ressie for 10 people anywhere on-site but got one at Outback within an hour by just calling ahead.

PS...i love the mac a roo n cheese....
