Outback coupon???

OK so I got the free steak dinner coupon and its good mon - thurs then I got an email saying it was now good any day till the end of the month. I deleated the email but I thought I saw the email mentioned on this thread too

I went to the outback tonight and they said they never heard of the email and the coupon is not good on weekends.

Help am I losing my mind! Did anyone else get this email or can you find the thread about it?

We actually just used our coupon tonight. We also had gotten the email saying it was now good every day through the end of the month. Our waiter seemed very knowledgable about the offer - we could use the coupon for the 6 oz steak and one side, add a second side for $1 or use the coupon as a coupon for $8.99 off anything on the menu. I did receive the e-mail too. We used it last Wednesday so it wasn't an issue. My ds10 got the "free" steak and it really looked like their kids meal steak! It was ok...but I prefer their classic preparation (much more seared) than their wood-fired option.

Wow! Wish I would have known we could just get a 8.99 credit. My ds12 got the 6oz filet...normally the boys split the 9 oz filet option...that would have been more cost effective! Oh well!!!
