Out of Pocket Via Napoli?

Because we're eating at California Grill, I have more ADRS booked than we have TS credits for an upcoming meal. I might cancel Tusker House, since we're also doing Boma. But if we decide to keep, maybe it might be a good idea to do Via Napoli OOP, since we could share a pizza? Any wisdom to share? I'm also running these complicated scenarios in my mind of one person going OOP with an app and the other using the meal plan.

Also, our fourth meal is Sanaa lunch if that matters.

Via Napoli OOP is very affordable. Share an app, a large pizza, and a dessert for about $60. That would feed my family of four Disney adults. One suggestion...do NOT try to do OOP and DDP at Via Napoli. They don't like people on the DDP to share and it could make for an unpleasant dining experience.

Yes, if you are paying OOP you can share. We order an app and pizza to share, but we each order our own dessert - the Coppa di Brutti ma Buoni (Ugly, but Good Sundae). It is one of the best desserts in DW.

You can do whatever you want when you pay OOP, that's the beauty of it. VN is only strict with those on the DDP.

I had the ugly but good sundae at via, and for some reason i didnt care for it. Odd for me, cause i love ice cream. I absolutely loved the ricotta fritters thou! OMG Yummy! Edit to add: the fritters come with a lovely chocolate dipping sauce, and whip cream on the side.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Since you're willing to use both credits anyway, why not just get two individual pizzas? You can get two different ones and then share with each other.

I was thinking the same thing. Why not just get two different individual pizza's and share those? Whats the big deal about sharing one larger pizza? Maybe some find it more romantic? I dunno.

Granted, on the DP there are only 4 flavours you can pick, I believe. But those 4 flavours are so yummy!!
