Out of a busted budget...

Comes some sunshine DH got a new job today and can leave the terrible one he is currently at, all because his car broke down, which took my tire and WDW money.

DH has been in an almost dead end job for the last 4 years, but lucky to be employed, of course. For the first few years out of the Army, he had a hard time keeping a job and we were finally happy that he found his current job and was able to keep it through all the rough times. Well, his car broke down on the way to a doctors appt last week, and our regular mechanic wasn't able to fix it, so we took it to another mechanic, but it had to be towed and that need to be towed lead to a new job, closer to home and almost double the pay.

I never thought in a million years something like this would happen to us, but it is finally our turn. Whether you believe in God or not, I do and I believe this happened for a reason and faith finally paid off

I think I will surprise him and take him out to dinner
