Hello all,
I've been counting down to this vacation since I booked it 482 days prior to leaving for it. Over time a plan developed to also make this trip an "engagement trip" in which I was going to propose to my DGF of 5 years. The details of this all remained a surprised up until the moment of the proposal...poor girl. But first lets start from the beginning...
DGF and I are obviously fans of Disney. I, like many of you, was raised going to Disney and many would probably call me obsessed. I don't go as often as many as you do but I've probably been around 10 or so times in my 23 year existence. DGF hasn't been nearly as many times but also loves the parks. I knew it would be fun to share a trip with her and make some memories of our own.
We departed on Dec 7th. We flew down from Detroit and arrived about 4:30PM. Once there, we boarded the magical express bus and were on our way to a great trip!
Even Pluto was excited:
Then we came upon our first sighting of this:
and we got VERY excited
