We had reservations at our home resort (OKW) but wanted to be on a waiting list for BCV for this coming weekend (10/24 - 10/26).

I called this morning and we got it! Yippee!!!:Pinkbounc

This will be our first stay at BCV and I am currently 35 weeks pregnant. Any great advice out there for me? My parents are staying with us in a 2 bedroom and we requested non-smoking and close to a elevator.

Does the quiet pool have a jacuzzi?

Any advice or information on the resort will be appreciated.

Good job - I was calling on a 1-bed at BCV on cash for this weekend and it was there on Monday 10/13, but gone on Tuesday 10/14.

Very nice jacuzzi at the quiet pool and SAB, although should you be in it at 35 weeks PG?

Bring comfy walking shoes & your appetite for the F&WF. Great access through the WS backdoor.

Have a blast!! We will be over at the Boardwalk....

The quiet pool has a wonderful hot tub. There are a couple more at SAB too. Have a great time. I'm glad your wait list came through.

Thanks.

I won't be getting into the jacuzzi all the way just my feet and legs, but the rest of my family will be. I am glad to hear there is more than 1 jacuzzi. I guess I am used to all the moderate resorts only having one and they are usually full of people.

I already told my family that I won't be walking the parks that we will just get me a wheelchair, I have been having a lot of back and hip pains in my last part of my pregnancy. I just don't think I would have been able to survive the walking. Anyway, we are looking forward to the weekend.

you will really like the BCV, and you can ask the bell captain in the lobby about getting a wheelchair for your park day, they are free, its easier then renting one from the park.

enjoy your weekend, and do be careful with the hot tub, they are very hot , they were about 104 dgr and higher when we were there, even with putting your legs in, will raise your heartbeat, i would just try your feet first. sorry to sound like a mother-hen:sunny:

Hi,

Enjoy your weekend. Make sure to give us a report.

Thanks.

I am assuming we can see the fireworks at Epcot really well from BCV? Is there any place we should be to see them the best at BCV?

Unless you have an upper level Epcot View room, the best place to see the fireworks is on the bridge between BCV and the Boardwalk.

Enjoy!

Ask your Doc about that. I bet he says not even your feet. Till after 38 weeks. Better safe than sorry. sit in the warm villa whirlpool. Its just as good not to hot for you and cleaner for you! have fun. take it from the mom of preemies. Take no chances!

Thanks for the replies.

I called my doctor's office and they said I can get my feet and legs in the jacuzzi but if I feel that I am getting too hot or my heart starts to race then I need to get out. :headache: :faint:

I really only care about my feet and up to my knees to relax the soreness out. ;) :scratchin
