This was a stressful day, but I'll tell about it later on this page.
Breakfast was the usual at the Pepper Market.
Lunch - Sci Fi Drive In
DS and DD picked this one and liked the restaurant. DD really didn't see anything she liked on the menu, but picked the spinach and artichoke appetizer for her meal, and would up liking it a lot. Cleaned that plate.
Mom had the turkey sandwich meal, and since it was a LOT of turkey on the sandwich, DD helped with the other half. Mom thought it could've used a better side, though. It had some strange verson of slaw, and fries or such would've been much better.
DS had kid's hotdog.
DH had the cheeseburger and added mushrooms, which he shared with DD. (mushrooms are her third favorite, right after chicken fingers and pizza!)
DH and I give it a C+, but the kids rated it up there.
However, after lunch and after having ridden the Great Movie Ride( we rode TOT and RnR earlier) DD had a seizure which cut our day short. She'd been having difficulty sleeping at night due to congestion and it finally caught up to her. If you happened to be at MGM on Tuesday before Thanksgiving we were the family hotfooting it up the parade route (with her in wheelchair) two minutes before the parade began with a security guy prodding people out of the way and a paramedic walking besides us. We do apologize for the prodding.
We went back to the room to rest and by the evening she'd recovered and we ate at the Pepper Market for dinner
DH and DS used two Q&C vouchers and had the steak and baked potato and the tuna combo. DH used his mug, so his drink order turned out to be a smoothie and he had ice cream for dessert. DS had a key line custard for his dessert.
DD had a ham & cheese sandwich combo and a tiramisu custard for dessert
Mom had an enormous and delicious Caesar salad. Two could've shared this easily!
After the vouchers our total was:
$19.48
