Our Stay at the Dolphin...

WAS WONDERFUL!!! (4/7 - 4/15)

The location was out of this world! It is the perfect location! So much to see and do! We walked to EPCOT just about every evening! We loved the atmosphere of walking throught the Boardwalk on our way!)

The CM's were wonderful from the moment we walked in until the moment we left (which by the way was very sad!)

I am very happy to report Disney Magic was everywhere!

We had a wonderful upgrade waiting for us! Our room was 9th floor (not renovated) with a view of the Swan, boardwalk and water! The balcony was wonderful!

We ate at Tubbies, the Dolphin Fountain and Fresh... All were very good!

Until the last day you would have never known it was a convention hotel... There were families everywhere!

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! We had the Teacher discount and the ammenities, location, room, and cast were amazing!

As a nurse, I was wondering about the discounts. Do you know if they are available only at certain times of the year or anytime and what proof is required? It seems like quite a discount on their regular rates.

aliwas~ The nurse's discount is the same as the teacher's. You need to show some sort of nursing ID - e.g. license. The discount is offered all the time - you need to call directly to see if rooms are available during your desired time frame.

We were on the 8th floor, with the same view (East Wing) but did have a rennovated room. Ahhhhh...those BEDS!!!!

We felt the same about seeing all the families as well. They way out numbered the convention goers.

I couldn't believe I got that room for the teacher's rate. I almost felt guilty!!!
