Our Sharon was a TV star AGAIN

I was skimming channels at lunchtime, too lazy to do housework yet. And there she was, being interviewed on Channel 12 news for a special report they were doing on medicine,insurance, malpractice etc. On Health news 12.
They reviewed Rachel's case and talked about how the family especially Sharon had fought to obtain the coverage for the treatment Rachel needs to get better. They showed Rachel and dad from previous reports and then THERE SHE WAS!

She was so eloquent, reviewing all the steps they took to fight for what Rachel deserves. She was really so cool and calm, and looked great.
They also interviewed Richard Blumenthal who talked about how people can fight the insurance and the steps they need to take.
It was a great review of the fight Sharon fought, and how strong she and the family were in getting what Rachel needed to live a normal little girls life.
We are proud of you Sharon, and all hoping for the best or Rachel. Peggie

Peggie, thanks for the summary of the news segment! Sharon, you are quite a trooper - years ago in an education class, the teacher said, "No one will fight as hard for the student as the parents." Sharon, you are a prime example of that statement. Continued prayers & pixie dust ...
