Just back from DD(12)'s chorus concert! it was fun and relaxing. SHe had a solo! She had to audition for it. She was so proud that she got the solo and she did so well. Then we get home and the phone rings and dd(16) answers and says it's some man looking for her parents. Well the man is her math teacher and I think oh no! Well he says he was just calloing to let me and DH know what a pleasure it is to have my DD in class, because she works so hard and has such a good attitude. It's an honors class and is very difficult and he says that having kids like her as his students makes teaching so rewarding.

My heart is singing. WHat a great day!

Yeah to PD"s kids!!!!

Oh, and yeah to Insults daughters too!!!! (Wish I could see Figments picture up at the store!!)

Heck, YEAH to limey children everywhere!!!!

We are watching my neice tonight while her parents go to a Chrsitmas party. We rented Ratatoile (Oh my, how do you spell THAT?!) I'm very excited - we've never seen it (well, maybe she has - but none of us bears have.) Pizza is here - back soon!

Thanks, We had a good time! Got the rest of our shopping done too! Chris had a good time at the train show, and we had a great time playing with out niece. She was so alert and awake...It's amazing the difference a week makes with a newborn!

I hear ya with the slowness of the DIS! It seems espescially slow lately!

Good luck! We went to Walmart tonight and it was awful....people standing in the middle of the ailes and talking on their cell phones wouldn't get out of the way for people to get by. And then driving with the same types....don't get me started

I went with my aunt to the comedy club tonight for another fund raiser.. Screech from saved by the bell was there. I was told he's a real so I went with an attitude that he was gonna stink. Boy did I get fooled. He was so funny We died. Had a good time. Early night but lots of fun..

Same here. I aboslutely HATE CROWDS. I sometimes go shopping at Walmart in the middle of the night to avoide crowds. I've gone grocery shopping at 3AM.

I hate the mall! that's where I spent Friday night and most of the day Saturday, but my Christmas shopping is done! I detest grocery shopping, but my wonderful fantastical DH does that for us!
