GrrrrrrrrrI am sick and tired of trying to get one of our computers fixed. I have spent most of the morning on the phone with Dell and now I have to wait for the person to call me back. Plus it is hard to understand his accent so that doesn't help. He seems to think I don't know anything about computers at all because I have to keep asking him to repeat what he has said. So of course he has talked to me like I am in kindergarten
LOL that is why my hubby tells peep NEVER buy Dell, ignore what they say in their commercials they are not helpful. Not uncommon for lots of IT to be from a different country (heck when John managed his department they were supporting a WORLDWIDE company)
Oh and it sounds like when I had to call cable company last month when I had no reception (had to get it back in time for HEROS) he was a fool .. turn off your tv, unplug it from the wall then plug it back in .. is it working yet?
