Us too! Been going through all the clothes, changing from summer to winter & giving stuff away. Putting stuff in the yardsale pile too. Primed & painted the LR yesterday & today--well dh did today. I am sooooo sleepy.

Winter clothes? What are those? I'm still wearing shorts.

Woops...I forgot. Mermaids have tiny memories. Like what was Bears nick- name again...flu...moo....pugh...Oh darn, it will come to me!

story of our lil one with asthma -- was given DX when she was about 15 month old. She would cough whenever it was meal time and was sucha tiny wee thing. Family doc sent us to a "baby doc -- don't even think about me trying to spell that one) He walked into the office .. had us strip her down to her one-sies and turned around to write in her chart. She has ASTHMA he said .. see her barrel chest? Wonder why she can't gain weight? Why she slouches while eating? Kinda hard to eat and breath all at once when her lungs are so big from trying to fill up. Gave us 2 different puffers and a "chamber" to use. Stick the puffer in one end and the other is like a face mask. Squeeze it and let her breathe normal till it is no longer "misty'

Well in mall once .. old-ish man came over and wacked my hand with his cane -- "what are you doing to that poor baby???" She was about 3 by this time -- pulled mask off and told him more or less that I need to breathe PLEASE. She is down to the occassional use of ventolin BUT can't spend much time in cold (yeah right we live in Ontario for pete's sake) or exercise without wheezing. A cold will send her into a coughing spree that means full-blown attacks. Hassa carry the puffer all the time with the hope she never has to use it.

There my sad stoy hope i didn't loose anyone there! I'm boring tonight

Ok...Just a small problem I noticed today...When I went to home depot for my mickey head paint chips...I got the color sonic boom and I dint notice until after I laminated them and cut all 100 of them out..Should I throw away and go get the right color?!

Yes, but don't throw them out. Take them back to HD and tell them you need to exchange your laminated paint chips for the non-laminated alien green paint chips.

Oh, I want a full TR of that whole transaction.

Sorry about your dd, that must have been really scary! I got tested for asthma once, almost passed out from the test, but somehow I passed.

I think I've taken every allergy and asthma test created. Been poked, scraped, almost passed out, and more. It sounds funny, but I didn't really start getting over it until I started playing sports. It just helped strenghten my lungs so much.

BUT let me tell you the worse was the time she had to go to ER for a bad attack when about 10. Next time we saw him he chewed us out! Seemed her HEART was swollen from trying to pump enough oxengated blood thru her blood. Once we got things back under control with a pill (singular) and 2 puffers -- it took about 8 months or so and things settled. now that was freaky.
