Bummer....for lab gloves I can use vinyl....wonder if that works for "other" things??

I did that too. I had older friends, I started at 12. My friends were 2 & 3 yrs older than me. We "swipped" one of their mom's (no filter) Pall Mall's---YUCK! I smoked on & off from then until about 24-25.

Dh was a heavy smoker. Tried to get him to quit many times. In 1993 his lung collapsed & he had to have lung surgery--he's never touched them since.

Same here, always with the older kids! We use to chip in and buy them from the machine in the Bowling Alley...for 75 cents!

I cut down BIG time! Smoke about a pack a week. Howeve when i need one I NEEEEEEEEEED ONE!!!!!

My parents stopped a perfection! Actualey Mom thought she was too old to have any more (she was 30)

Good grief that is nowhere near as old as my MIL she is as old as my NANA (85) I can't even do the math .. let's see, John is 45 so good grief she had him when she was 40!! His eldest sis is same age as my MOM!!

I tell ya that third one put me over the top! She claims that the kids play with themselves and they are good. SHe must be on some good drugs. I can't imagine doubling my 3 demons!

I'm the youngest of six, and my mom says it's never harder than three (unless you have a multiple birth). By the time the fourth one was born, the first one was actually some help around the house.

However, none of my siblings nor I have more than two.

I wasn't allowed to work a McD's...A friend of mine..his dad was shot while waiting for his shift to be over.

But I got to work a sesame place....that was fun. Although, I still know all the songs 14 years later!!!! My kids look at me like I am crazy when I start singing along with the shows and parade!

I worked at Paramount's Great America in Santa Clara as a teen. We had the dorkiest costumes ever. It was a purple striped Victorian blouse and matching coulottes that came below the knee. Some freak asked me if I would go out with him and wear the costume. I considered calling security.

Riding the rides when the park was closed was the BEST, though

Uhhhh.....yeah...unfortuantly those little waving guys are bacteria! Mean and bad dudes - and they totally screw up my experiements!

There's a site called Dismates where singles who like Disney meet and chat. There is also a singles thread on the Disboards. So, when I get a chance I chat with the singles folks.

Ok I've got major hockey brain I was thinking about a bunch of singles hanging around a hockey net.

I saw the first 8 minutes(yeah I looked at the machine) and walked out of the room......My DH actually had me buy that for him....... when we were gathering DVDs for our drive to disney I was shocked at the amount of strange ones we have...(of, course they ALL belong to DH... I would never own such a movie -does spaceballs count?)

Oh man I loved Spaceballs but I'm a major off beat comedy fan. Love anything Mel Brooks and love Monty Python also. Dh and I are definately not compatible in this area. He'll watch blazing saddles but that is about as far as it goes.

Hey Everyone. I got home tonight, and the FedEx guy had dropped off a letter for me. It's my official offer for the facility manager position at our schwans depot here in Baton Rouge. FINALLY!!!! Effective Sunday the 22nd of this month I'll be facility manger. I'll still have to finish training the guy on my route, but I should be off the trucks very soon

My oldest sister is 20 yrs older than me, my brother is 18 yrs older, sis (party lady) is 14, brother is 4, other brother is 13 mos.

When my oldest sister found out she was closer in age to my mom than she was to me started hitting on my dad's friends. She calls the rest of us kids including the brother that is 2 years younger than her. My dad was 23 years older than her & my mom 17 years.
