yeah? how's the cost of living in an apartment? should i get to the meet a day early and go house shopping so i can afford to go to school??

Actually, I think a lot of peope do that. The cost of living here is VERY reasonalbe. I work for the medical college - a LOT of those kids buy houses in undergrad just to establish residency ...its that mcuh cheaper in state!

TARA!!!! I just thought of something! Do you know of any teen friendly day spas around us? I'm planning my birthday party (ie my friend and I), and I would rather have a teen thing than an adult thing if possible (not that I'll complain either way, a massage is a massage!)

Originally I was going to have a couple of girls sleep over, but then the "guest flow chart" kicked in (If I invite Alex, Morgan and Miranda, then I have to invite Alex's sister britt, Miranda's cousin Alex, Christina and a different Britt, If I invite Christina I have to invite Laura, and if I invite britt, I have to invite Kiersten. And If I invite all of them I have to invite Rissa.) Having one over for a spa day is much simpler, and most likely more cost effective.

AMEN!! my 16th birthday party was supposed to be a party for about 10 people, plus family....

my mom starting kicking people out when it had snowballed about about 65 people. She was mad, but everyone talked about my party for weeks.

LizzY...my mom and grandma rave about kimberly's day spa up here. i've never been...but it sure sounds nice. and i'm pretty sure they have a website too...they might have packages for teens or students...check it out.

I Friendly's! It hard being a waitress...but if you get in a good place its lotsa $$$$$! I use to wait years ago! Made more doing that part time then IT Fulltime!
