It's too funny that you said this. This song came out when I was about 10 years old. So I always just sing along with it and never really thought about it until I heard it again tonight and I was like "OMG, this is so tragic" Of course that was also about the time of "Seasons in the Sun" and a few years later "Billy, Don't be a hero" and I love those songs too!

And yes I love that Christmas song where the kid buys his mom the shoes for when she meets Jesus!

However, I absolutely hate all those 1950's songs where the teenagers die.

It's one of the Hannah Montana songs from when she was at TL, and they play it ALL the TIME on Disney Channel.

My DD loves the Cheetah Girls, too. She is so pre-teen. At 7!! I am in so much trouble when she's 12 and older. Ack!!!

Ha, my little sister is 7 & is in love with Hannah Montana and all those songs! Not to mention, she watches The Suite Life of Zak and Cody EVERYDAY of her life! If she misses a new episode, we're in trouble!
