OK everybody, get ready for this! NSalz is the Disney Queen! Her family left for the Jersey shore on Saturday morning, but because it was raining, they decided to skip the beach and just keep driving south! She actually talked her DH into going to Disney for the week! So I just got off the phone with her. On the way down, they booked ressies on line for POFQ. She just got off the bus for MK and actually set next to a DISer. They both had LGMHPCs on their bags so the recognized each other.

She says to tell everyone

I am very happy for her, I am not jealous, I am not, no really I'm not. Just becouse I am @ work and they just went to WDW on a wild hair. No reason to be. I would MUCH rather be here than on my way to WDW........Tell her to have a great time......really

i am so proud! MH was looking at me and said you can't be seriously thinking of painting a room like that are you? i lol and explained to which he rolled his eyes and called me loony!


i got about 20 of them and there plenty left over!!! i may have to go back to get my second fix!

to the ! Yippee, but yes definitly go back & liberate them all. As for your dh, you tell him , I am and not only that I want to paint the whole house inside & out that color--problem buddy?!!?!? That should guarantee he does this

i am truly sorry this is happening, i honestly cannot relate since i am an only child but i can imagine what it must feel like. i know you said you tried talking to her and she responds the above, but what if you sit her and ask her to just hear you out, this is how i feel i am not trying to attck you so please don't get defensive i just want you to hear me out, i need to say this and then go ahead and calmly explain your feelings, if that doesn't work than maybe your mom doesn't see that she is doing this and maybe thinks you are making a bigger deal. i hope it works out for you!

It's because my brother is going back to do grade 12 courses, since he nearly failed grade12. But he didn't pass because he doesn't have all his required credits. My parents said that since he blew it he needs to go back 1st semester and not second. They argued about it for 1 week. Than today my brother started talking to my mom about it and than he told my dad that he wanted to go back 2nd semester. And as usual brother gets his way. He can go back 2nd semester. My parents give in to him too easy.

I gotta be honest with you Ipod Queenette, It sounds to me like your mom and bro need a whole bunch of uninterrupted time to straighten this out right now. It's very important! I'm sure there are, or will be times, when your mom will need to be giving you undivided, uninterrupted attention and at those times she'll have to tell your brother to leave you two alone.

I know it's not easy when you want your mom's attention and someone else has it. I'm one of 7 children so know how that goes, only too well. As a mom it's a tough thing too. I have 3 DDs and sometimes one of them really needs some private time with me and I have to tell the others that they have to wait. It's not easy. Moms sometimes feel very torn apart trying to help and be with all of our kids, because we love all of you so much. I know it can't be easy, but I think that right now you have to give mom and bro a break so they can try to work this out. It really is a big deal! Remember the sooner they get this settled, the sooner she'll have more time for you!
