Don't know, but you can get self laminating sheets at Walmart or you can just buy your own laminater, they're not that expensive.

Oh lordy tell me about that one! I can't take meds without eating .. I end up not taking them .... OOPS big time mistake eh? Plus trying to catch up on these posts (I am actually at page 619 but needed to find the last page # so i know where to start in am is scewing up sleep patterns. Oh my if doc knew what i was doing she would freak.

BAD...bad Donald!! Freaking out your med doc is not correct behavior!! They can change something and really freak you out. Or put you in that place that they NEVER let you leave!!!

On the not so silly side, you know you are doing it, so stop! You are letting it control you instead of the other way around! (speaking as a friend, ya know~)

I went in may a few years ago.... it was really nice.... I would rather go for 2 separate weeks instead of 2 weeks together(2 vacations!!!!)
