our secret green club? Part 2

OMG, I just totally skimmed 27 pages!!?? Are you guys on Red Bull or Rockstar or what? I missed DISUNC, darn it. I *love* Jessie & Lizzy's new graphic! I feel famous with my picture in there!

The toe...is doing ok. (And thanks to those of you who wondered about it or asked for an update.) It's still swollen (but not too purple, Va-bear!) and was mighty stiff when I woke up this morning, but I've been able to stay off it a lot and so it's getting better quickly. I plan to continue babying it the rest of the week. Limped into Target this morning to pick up the last two things I needed to shop for: luggage locks and low cut coolmax socks (since I am clearly going to be more in my sneakers now than my crocs athens, which were what I planned to wear mostly but can't so much now with the toe). So, everything is done except for the actual placing of things into the suitcases (and, of course, the making of the lunch we'll eat on the plane. Jeez, the last time I flew, they were still serving a meal on cross-country flights! - not that I'll miss that nasty plane food). I will be making the hubby and kids do most of the last minute house cleaning before we leave (I am SO sad about that ) I even have my mousekeeping envelopes already stuffed with daily tips. I am ready to GO!

I've been grading portfolios all day and tomorrow is my last day of the summer semester. I just have to grade final exams and submit grades (both of which go fairly quickly) and then I am FREEEEEE!

Try not to write another 27 pages again before I can get back here to check up on you all, ok!?

My mom had to take her locks off of her luggage. They told her they don't allow them anymore. They told her she has to have a certain lock that they allow. This last time they went out and bought those special locks and they ended up making them take them off in CA. Just thought I would share this with you.

how many posts do you have to have to learn the secret disboards handshake. i will be putting lime green ribbion on my back pack and a lime green mickey head on it with my dis name and little mickey head things in my crocs so look for me in disney sept.10-16

Lizzy you act right. Think of it as a charactor training. You are a tough girl who is afraid of nuthin' not even a needle and as always STAY IN CHARACTOR no matter what. DR will be no problem.......OK so I am a few (30something) behind but I will get caught up

I DID IT!!! i finally got them! I was able to put my duties aside and go for the important stuff... LGMHPC!!! So here is how it went..
I walked in with my head up high looking for the paint dept. I find it but i see 3 HD CM's

I make a quick turn to try to find the stuff i'm actually going to buy. I find the empty paint cans and grab two. I walk back to the paint chips

and i see one HD CM on the computer. So i start looking at other colors

and i make my way to disney's paint. I pick up an idea book and i start looking for the alien green

I CANT FIND IT AHHHH.... then there they are!! I am way too tall to see them but they were there I grabed them ALL and i ran

I thought for sure they saw me. i was sweating bullets! I finally got to the check out, payed for my empty paint cans and got to my car safely

. I call DH and told him i had them. He said the usual ( ) and then i left. Got home and told him i only found 17 He told me "We have to get more" i totally this man!

Ok, I would also like to hear others' experiences with the lock thing because I spent $14 on four TSA approved locks and if I will just have to take them off anyway, I am going to spend that $14 at WDW. After holding the coveted lgmhpc's in my hand, I kinda like the white back paper. I read somewhere how to get the number print off the paint chips. I will have to look into it....

Good Morning Everybody! Just "popping" in to say Hi! got back last Fri afternoon and walked into a mess at work, boss out having emergency back surgery, a co-worker diagnosed with a serious illness, please keep good thoughts & prayers for them both, Deanna & Debbie.

Had a great time, met Beebea (ANC96) & her adorable daughter Nikki but shared too brief a time together at Epcot, too many things kept happening for another meet...maybe next time. Never saw a LGMHPC except ours ..and of course Dillon had his on his collar

Been a working fool since I got back, hope to catch up with the board soon and hopefully next week post a TR (DisUnc I'll need help posting a link okay?)

Never did make it onto Expedition Everest, DIDN'T chicken_out, just never happened to get together and I wasn't about to do it by myself

Anyways, just wanted to say Hi ..plans already made for next trip, MVMCP ticket (never been there during this) and ARs made, can't wait, Ruthie

So i read that erasing the print with a magic eraser (the pink one) or a white eraser will do the trick. I will try this as soon as I get home.
