HELP!! I got the bug today to go ahead and order our tickets for WDW. I always get the 10-day all inclusive options, so they tend to be a big chunk of change. Sooooo I am a little nervous ordering them from the link on the Disboards..I don't know why. The total for my order would be about $60 cheaper than ordering from the Disney Site, where I usually order them. Has anyone ever ordered from the Dis's ticket link??

We don't have to buy tickets, so I don't have first hand experience with this, but I'd feel comfortable doing it if it were me. If you were thinking of ordering from some obscure site that hardly anyone knew about, there may be cause for concern, but I'm guessing the DIS isn't going to lead you astray. Hey, $60 buys a lot of dinner or souvenirs. I say go for it.

Cyn = throat not too good, thanks for asking. Today, I offically sounded like a BEAR!!!! (All the way home my 3 yr old kept asking "why are you talking like that moomy?"...he wanted me to stop and eventually started crying....great.)

Sorry to hear of yunz' guys illnesses! Hope you all feel better quick-like. Take vitamin C & use lots of lysol.

hrh - Myrtle Beach is our absolute fav. beach town. We're been visiting for more than 25 years & are astounded how the sleepy little town has grown! IMO, they have the absolutely greatest deals on resorts & fantastic pool-scapes that you cannot find elsewhere. Wish we were visiting this year but, since we live 12 hours away & can only stay 3 days, we're "settling for Ocean City, MD", @ half the drive. BTW, understand your concern as to WDW tix. I'm too chicken to even order from Disney's online site. We always get our tix @ resort or @ gate...of course, those lines can be murder. Unless you're going for non-expiry tix, have you looked in AP/PAP? Can be a deal if you'll be returning within a year.

I checked at Mousesavers and they have 2 trusted ticket brokers they use..someone referred me to them, said you have to use the link from MS to get the best deal...they were about $25 more than the Dis link, but MS says that there is a code in their newsletter (out on the 15th) that gives a better discount, so I guess I can wait a couple of days..If you aren't a subscriber, go ahead and sign up-it's free...

I am going to use our Disney Visa, which my DH doesn't even know I have activated. He will have a STROKE if he sees that $1600 charge for tickets, even though he knows it is expensive. So I am going into espionage mode and make sure I retrieve the bill before he sees it. I am paying out of my "vacation checking account", where I deposit all my Christmas and birthday money...my and DH's parents are pretty generous, so I have a pretty good sum in there...DH thinks that it should all go to the equity line...no way!!

You guys have no idea how sneaky and deceitful I can be when it comes to WDW!!!

That was me, DISUNC...don't worry, at $90, it's a good enough incentive NOT to do it. I don't even need any theories....My neighbor did it this January, and she said her feet got so cold running she couldn't stand it...then after thinking about it for about a week, she decided that she had her shoes tied too tight... (she is a little kooky-remember mom who lets DNB8-doggone neighbor boy-8 yrs- shoot off fireworks by himself...yesterday he was HOLDING a roman candle while it was shooting balls of fire out of the end...OY....)

I don't even know who I am kidding, I could NEVER run 13 miles, the best I ever did was about 10 years ago, 15 pounds ago-5 miles without stopping...although my neighbor says a lot of people combine running and walking...

Ooh! I got 5 more Alian Greens - dh took the boys and they went alittle nuts on the MHPC"S - I guess no one wanted to yell at a 3 year old - becase.... besides my 5 AG"S they brought home 43 (I kid you not!!!) total of other colors!!!! Added to our current sotck we're up to 60-some. So we're going to do the "Count down door" (I love it!!) w/ the oddball colors!

but I left it on the table last night and they ate it when I wasn't looking... I dunno about you guys, I love my boys, but there are some things I just don't share...with anybody...chocolate is at the top of my list!!

Once whem I was a kiddo....All me freinds had dared each other to swipe something 'intimate' from their respective parents dressers! (Yes my swiping starting young)
Anyhow we all met up at one of the kids stoops and WOAH I loint a ding or 2! However I showed up with my Mom's secret stash of 'Nestle Bars'!

Sad thing.....here it is 35 years later.....I'd still GO WITH THE NESTLE BARS!!!
