When did that show air? I remember it but just a little.

It was on in the 70's & I think it finally went off the air in the early 80's.

Ha, ha - kidding. I can not tell a lie - it was on in the , eekkkk, 70's!!!!!!!!

Along with Lavern and Shirley and the LOVE BOAT!!!!! Ahhhh - life WAS good!

I loved Laverne & Shirley. I think the best parts of all of these shows was the theme songs. I couldn't wait to see who was guesting on The Love Boat & Fantasy Island. Fantasy Island used to scare me though.

I remember in middle school during one of the segments in gym where we did dancing we had to learn all these dances like "the pony" and stuff & we were taught a whole dance routine & the songs we did the routine to were the L & S theme & I think Happy Days. It was fun then.

VaBear did you talk to your DH about meeting up with us. Katlas&kids was talking about doing the Chip and Dale Movie after our Hoop de doo review! Have you ever been to either?

You guys should meet, that would be so fun for you all.

We went to the HDDR & the movie. Well, we went to the sing a long before the HDDR just to meet C&D. Later in the week my dh took the kids to the sing a long & the movie.

You will the HDDR. Especially 2-Bits. We saw the characters quite a bit while we were there & every time we saw them my kids would rush over to say hi & tell them how much they enjoyed the show. Have fun.

You're amazing. I have the WDW tickets in my wallet, my ressie's printed out and stuck in my AAA book, and a bottle of bug repellant sitting by my empty suitcase. That's it. Apparently, we're going to a clothing-optional park, because nobody in our household has gotten anything out yet for the trip.

We've never done either - but we ARE doing hoopdedo on Monday of that week (thats 2 days before you guys - right, you're going on Wednesday...) We DO want to try a movie at FW (is that the Chip and Dale movie?) Sounds cool! We are still hammering out some details though....most "big" things in place. So, thats sounding pretty good - as we get closer I can say for sure!!

Today is my grandmother's birthday. She's 61. it's a tradition in our family for the person on their birthday to pass wisdom down to younger members of the family. when i called this morning this is what i got:


"i was reading a magazine yesterday and they had some BS story about people having plastic surgery. don't do it. enjoy getting older. Even the wrinkles. hopefully, you get wealthier. hopefully, you'll have a family and friends. That's what's important. Well, that and pushing my wisdom on all you kids. because i'm a ton smarter too."

Did my cruise into the local HD to get me some more LGMH and ya know what!! ANC96 has been here too! There weren't any greens but the froggy one! So now I have to drive farther to see what I can find at the other store. Don't know what this world is coming to when they take all of MY LGMH's!

My HD is still out of almost every color, but I peeked in the cabinet underneath again today and there were two sealed cardboard Behr boxes - which weren't there last time. Maybe that means they will replenish the MHPC soon!

I guess. Happy Days was based on the movie American Graffitti, if you've ever seen that. HDs was great.

I the 70's Show. I was sooooo sad when Eric left the show, it just wasn't the same. I love the Foreman's. I even liked the original Lori. Great taste Lizzy!
