HAPPY fRIDAY, PEEPS!!

My knee slipped out of place Monday sometime... I noticed it when I tried to kneel down.
Tuesday... It was still not exactly in the right place... but it slipped back in and left me swollen and miserable.

I need this knee to behave I Leave for Orlando in one week... I AM NOT READY !!!


My Baby graduates from 5th grade tomorrow Where does the time go.

Hang in there! I hope the cortizone will keep you comfortable enough for the trip! Are you doing Universal AKA a lot of walking, or will this be a more laid back trip?

WOOOO HOOOOOO!!!!!!!

Should be good - but a wee bit sressful - my older cub is going to his first sleep over. I'm not worried - it will just be different.... The little one will have a friend over to play Friday evening, so that will keep me busy for a while. But tomorrow night when he's not there to complain about bedtime, etc. Oh, and they have a pool - bleh...well, he IS a very strong swimmer. WOW, as they get older and get out and do more you start to understand those helicopter parents more and more.

Good luck with the sleepover...I haven't had either one away for one yet, other than to their grandparent's or cousin's houses. I'm glad your younger cub is having a friend over too. That should help distract you both a little.

Nothing exciting here...More rain, and the kids are stiol upset that it's the week of the Carnival, and it's not looking like they will get to go. Chris *might* get to go tomorrow, but Martina has her dress rehearsal fot her dance recital.

Not much fun at all I am sweating what kind of vacation I will have if this does not settle down.

I love new appliances. We replaced our dishwasher last year after it TOTALLY QUIT... by Totally quit I mean... the motor would not kick over anymore. For years it leaked... for over a year the "soap dispenser" did not open on it's own so we did it manually... Did I ever tell you guys I am really really cheap... so I finally went to Best Buy found the one I wanted... but they only had the display left... Sooo true to my nature.... I asked them for a cheaper price... and I got it.
Did the same thing with my new van in October.The initial price was 41,000, they had reduced it to 32,500.. I got it for 25,300.. Let me tell y'all this... most of the time I ask for a cheaper price.. I get it .. ESPECIALLY NOW.

Well, the sleep over if off (YES, you can hear me relaxing a notch) - but I _DO_ feel really bad about it. The brother of the birthday boy has been diagnosed w/ the flu (they havent gotten any results on type..) SO the mom is taking them for pizza/games but doesnt feel comfortable having the boys spend the night. Poor cub.......... he's going to be so dissapointed.

I went to one of my friend's houses last night and had a ton of fun. We did this thing called "the game" where we basically run around her neighborhood trying to avoid each other. We also all have our cell phones so we'll call each other up and be like.

"Where are you?"
"Oh, at the park."
"Really?"
"Yes."
"Then how come I can see you up twenty feet walking ahead of us?"

And then in the end our team of three ended up hiding in her basement waiting to scare them. We got on a conversation of axe murders (and retelling the tale of how when we drove back from Hershey park it was lightning, thundering, pouring rain in the middle of nowhere with all the lights off on the bus and Emily was talking about an axe murderer coming to kill us and how I was going to hit her).

"Hey, Michelle are you an axe murderer?"
"Yes." *makes the sound of a chainsaw*
"You idiot, that's a chainsaw!"

good day all. well im heading to the boondocks... going to see the parent in laws then my parents its going to be a busy weekend. mother in laws bday. my parents having a all in one bday for me my dad and my aunt. i was in disney for my bday so have not seen them. i think ill bring my laudry to do at my parents house lol good ole yulan ny ya.. not really

Can't really say pin point all of the reasons why, but today was one of the best 'normal' (non-Disney/special day) days I"ve had in AGES!!! Busy, but managed to relax at the playground some, enjoy the cool weather, etc.

It was a good day here too. I had a nice visit with my mom, spent about an hour at Chuck E. Cheese for a fundraiser for DH's school, went out for a lovely dinner with some fun people.
