There were all these discounts to stores and restaurants, including Ann Taylor Loft. I sent out an email to everyone emphasizing that, and a whole bunch more people logged on. I told DH he needs me to help him with marketing.

I am off...I have to study last years park hours and come up with SOMETHING for our dining plan....

Hi!!!! I hope all of you Limey Moms had a Happy Mother's Day!!!

3 years ago a thread was started on the Disboards, about usingLGMHPCs from home depot as a way of identifying other DISers in the parks. The thread involved into a 3 year friendship for several of us. We have laughed and cried together and had a great time. Many of the regulars on the thread have had the chance to meet in real life, whether at WDW, in Virginia, Pennsylvania, NYC, Michigan or at the great day at the Jersey shore last summer! We have filled up yet another thread so it is time to start a new thread once again. So welcome back Limeys and welcome to anyone new who wants to join in our fun!

I love going to Disney World, and currently I reside in Canada with my parents and my one brother. In September of 2009, I will be attending university to obtain my qualifications in order to become an elementary school teacher.

I got some nice cards (hand made no less) and gift cards to go see movies -- you have to understand I LOVE going to see them in the theatre but NEVER spend the money to go so this is like bliss for me

Now the trip:

breakies will be at
The castle (assuming i can get us in)
Boma at our hotel
Grand Floridian Cafe
Junk from the bakery (yum)
Kona in the Poly
Wave in Contempary
and finally something that strikes our fancy from the bakery again

Lunches will be
Brown Derby -- always wanted to go there
Columbia House while on tour
And other days just snacks cause we will be eating early dinners

Dinners will be
Room Service (yummy)
Coral Reef
Yachtsman for a special meal
Hoop-Dee-Doo
Le Cellier for Candlelight processional
Narcoosee's for another fancy meal (surf & turf)
and final day (Yucky!) stuff we pick up to take with us to airport

Now of course since we have gazzilion snack points to use there will be
dole whips
frozen mickey ice creams
numerous baked goods
candy to bring home
make your own pretzel rods from Downtown Disney
and whatever turns our crank whenever it turns our cranks! been checking out the food porn thread and have a feeling my weight will rocket!
Let me know if there are any favourite snack foods we should include in our list!

We will be hitting the ground running with the Magic Kingdom on Sunday morning with the throngs of folks who do the same (but heck it is the ONLY way to start a trip to WDW) If we can get into the castle i hope to do it this day otherwise it will be the tour this day. Then in late afternoon we will head to EPCOT for early dinner & fireworks.
Next day will be animal kingdom in the am for pics of HIPPOS em has a great fondness for those guys and we can't leave without having many to show her!!

Rest is not set in stone yet -- have to leave something to plan lol

Give me hints and whatever you want to hear about when we get home -- there will be a trip report never fear.

OH and one last thing i have been told NO FOOD PORN -- so sorry gang you will haffa deal with word pics of my meals

Even though i have shown him pics to help make decisions as to where to eat he said, rather loudly i might add, you will NOT be taking pictures of our food! Now since he is PAYING for the trip i guess i better be a good girl!

How on earth am I gonna make it the next 6 months and so many days!!! I read a few threads yesterday about peeps being on hold for over 45 minutes to get thru to the dining line EEEK that will be depressing if i have to change my mind again
