Our Prayers For Tornado Victims

I want to extend my best wishes, thoughts and prayers to all those people in central Florida who lost loved ones and are affected by the tornados on the morning of February 2, 2007. We pray that God would comfort them and give them strength and courage. God bless them.

It really was an awful event, the tornados weren't very far from me. Luckily we didn't get anything more than a few thunderstorms. I didn't even know we had had a tornado until I turned on the morning news and saw all the damage. All the victims of this event will definitely be in my thoughts.

I am so glad you are ok! What an aweful thing to happen. My sister left Englewood, FL. (just south of Venice beach) by car around 7PM to visit her daughter in Jacksonville who just had a baby. I haven't heard from her and I'm not sure of the route she had taken. I'm sure she is ok, but from seeing the devestation and traffic all around those counties...who knows? I'm happy to hear the people affected are getting immediate assistance, but it tics me off that others that were hit by the Christmas tornados near Datona are not getting help because of stupid red tape blocking assistance between the State of Florida and the federal Government. The people there really warm my heart when you hear how well they are taking things in stride, they really appreciate the value of life itself. A true testimony to all of us. God bless them all! I wonder how many Disney cast members are affected (not that they're any different from anyone else), just curious.

The same folks that were hit by the Christmas storm were hit by this storm, (can you believe twice) but now they can get help. Folks are saying that once was a freek accident, but twice??? they don't know if they will re-build or just leave. Most of the adult Manufactured communities are rental parks, so many will just walk away.
