Our fastpass date is coming up soon, here's our current plan for our visit in August. 5day PH, WP+M, look OK or any recommended changes?? 2A, 3 boys(13,14,16)

Thursday...Arrival around noon to resort...Waterpark, Disneyquest dinner at Boardwalk area.
Friday....Cape Maye breakfast and then off resort for a family event.
Saturday...AK rope drop... Break at pool, etc and then MK(FP+)pm EMH til 2
Sunday...sleep in possibly WP and then HS(FP+)
Monday...MK rope drop until lines are too long, break then EPCOT(FP+)
Tuesday...EPCOT am EMH or sleep in and WP....MK pm(FP +)
Wednesday...departure day 6pm flight...HS(FP+)

Monday is not a recommended MK day...should I switch with AK on Sat and start MK FP earlier??
Thanks experts!

Pretty sure MK will not be recommended for Saturday either. I would also guess MK will be more busy Saturday than Monday, but you could say the same thing about AK.

Ordinarily I would say AK Saturday and MK Monday, but if you are only doing AK one day without FP, I would want to do it on the less busy day. You have three visits to MK, going at rope drop, you'll be able to get stuff done in the morning.

The other thing that stands out is you have Epcot Monday night followed by Epcot morning EMH the next morning. I usually don't do parks back-to-back like that. One possibility would be Epcot Sat AM rope drop, then AK and MK either Monday or Tuesday.

Thanks....we could also go to a park on Thursday evening(maybe EPCOT) and then take Sunday off for a Waterpark. Would the waterparks be unbearable crowd wise on a weekend??

How is HS for pm EMH? Monday is late EMH at HS...stay away or go?

I think to do a water park and disneyquest on your arrival day before dinner would be difficult. Other than that, I think it looks good, a nice balance. I would keep MK on Monday since you are going at RD and then hopping away when you feel the crowds. You should be fine.

If you book FP+, you won't be able to get any other FP until the other 3 run out. I noticed most of your FP+ are for the evening park. Perhaps switch them for the morning so you can then get a new FP later in the day. Also, FP+ is not available for EMH. Have fun!

I would tend to respectfully disagree with this. Doing the fp+ in the afternoon park plan will allow you to hit headliners at the first park without fp+ by taking advantage of being there early, and then will also get you the headliners at the afternoon park using the fp+. Seems win-win to me. Just my inexperienced opinion though, my first hands-on experience with fp+ will be this August!

Our first experience too which is why I'm struggling. Also our first time with WP+M. We have had multiple commando style visits and we're hoping this trip gives time for pools and still have fun at the parks....

Agree with Belle. We just returned. We would RD park one and have FP+ for the late afternoon/evenings in park two. Worked out great.

This, especially as it is your first visit to the wp. It took me over an hour just to round up my family and get out of the park

Ok....either Waterpark or Disneyquest on arrival day.--don't want to lapse into exhaustion before we get started? Any opinions about a Waterpark on Sunday???
