I think the sheer terror on both of our faces will make the entire picture worth buying! As of now, I've decided I'm just gonna do it. I'm going to be terrified, but darn it, I have to ride TOT at least once and who better to do it with than a bunch of lime-green clothed DISney princesses on their first MNSSHP DIS Meet!

Wow I just got back on the boards this past week. I remember when this thread started. I thought maybe they will pull it off. DH and I go every Oct. DH will not ride TOT neither will the Kids. However this is my favorite. I have missed it the last two times. Did not care tio ride alone. So would someone fill in the info for me? Where is the meet. Can any Diser come? Sound like fun.

Hi ladies!

Here's a basic rundown of MNSSHP DIS Meet '07 as it stands: The invitation is open to any and all DIS members and, of course, any family members or friends that want to come along for the festivities. The party we'll be attending is on the evening of Friday, October 5th. Some if not all of us are planning to have dinner at the Liberty Tree Tavern in MK (time still pending) before the party officially kicks off and we'd love for you to join us!

Some of us are planning little informal excursions to the parks and activities that are open to anyone who'll be there. Such activities discussed have been along the lines of visiting MGM to do TOT and RNR as a group on the day following the party, and appointments at BBB. Again, anyone is welcome to come along!

A couple of members of the group have already booked their hotel and air transportation, but this can obviously be done at one's own discretion. The MNSSHP tickets are not being sold yet, but anyone attending is responsible for purchasing his or her own hard ticket and park admission. Things like the ADR for LTT will be taken care of by one person when we have an accurate count of how many people will be joining us.

Since the party planning is still in the early stages (but anticipation is in full swing!), there are some things that will need to be worked out in the coming months, so nothing is truly set in stone other than the DIS Meet party date of 10/05/07.

Well, I think that about wraps it up. We sincerely hope you'll consider joining us. It's bound to be an unforgettable meet!

Hi there. We're planning on attending MNSSHP the following Thursday (Oct. 11) so we sadly won't be able to join you. But I was just wondering -- do you know if the MNSSHP will be held on the 5th, a Friday? I thought last year they did Tues, Thurs. and Saturday. Or maybe I screwed up and we can't go on the 11th... how did you find out dates so far in advance? Any help you could give would be very much appreciated!

There weren't any MNSSHP on Saturdays the past couple of years that I've gone. These dates appear to line up with last year's days of the week, if I'm remembering correctly, so they look good to me. I don't know where they came from and whether or not they're official though.

We were planning to attend on October 1, coming home on the 3rd. I'll see if I can rearrange our dates to hit the meet!! It sounds like fun!

Hello and Thank you. Yes we have been 3x We love it. Last Oct. we were able to take my MIL who was in her last stage of cancer. She had such a great time that you would have never known she was sick. The people on the Dis helped with there support and advice on the trip. She passed shortly after with no pain. I met other disers at the party, not planned they just noticed my green Mickey's. Can't wait to go again.
