Our new kitty

Just had to introduce the latest member of our family...
This is Jake!

How sweet is that sad little face?? We just brought him home, and he's back in the carrier (with the door open) after exploring for a bit. I want to just hug him to pieces, but am restraining myself. LOL

Ahhh, he's so sweet, so cute. Best of luck with him. How old is he? Is he a rescue? What a sweet little baby.

He's 9 weeks old. I was at the vet picking up some more Heartgard for our dog, and they had a sign up about free kittens. I called right then and there. It was a really nice lady whose cat had kittens, but then her 3yr old DD started breaking out in hives. They had to get rid of the kittens and the mom cat. I wish we could have taken them all.

Oh my gosh, look at that bebeh kitteh's sweet concerned face! I love him to pieces with just a photo, I can imagine you wanting to nuzzle that schnozzle!

I would be taking him out of that carrier every 5 minutes to smooch that little face!!!!!!

Okay, I have to admit to pulling him out of that carrier a few times last night to snuggle with him... lol I was holding him on the couch, and he kept looking up at me with that "you ated my cookie" sad face. He is a future LOLcat star, I'm telling you.

He seems to have really taken to DS, and was following him around meowing at him this morning. Then I gave him some food, and he growled at it while he ate it. Too funny!

He is so cute. I love his pink little nose. Reminds me of my oldest cat Jasmine. They somewhat resemble each other.
