We decided we wanted a welcome party that would incorporate our adult as well as child guests. I asked my EM about doing a minigolf welcome party. Our wedding is on a Monday we are doing it from 4-6pm the Saturday before.
Here is some information we are having 35 guests:
If your total guest count is between 30 and 40 people they can offer $20.00 per person. What that will obtain for you is the mini golf, pitchers of soft drinks, cake and pizza. They have got several pavilions off to the side that will be available for your use. Of course they'll decorate with balloons. Only one restriction; you cannot bring anything in from the "outside".
But if your count exceeds 40 people you would have to do a "course buy-out" for a total of $1200.00 with a 2 hour minimum. From what I understand they would still obtain the food and soft drinks for you.
Thought this might help some of you in your planning!
