Our mde possibly hacked?????

My wife just opened our mde and she noticed there was someone else's address but our name. We had our hotel reservation already made. She changed her password which is a difficult one to begin with to another password. Is this something we should be concerned with? She obviously put our address back in there. Anyone else had this issue?

I think before I would assume hacking, I would go with the more probable "glitch".

Or better yet, did you use a travel agent? Perhaps it's their address?
We went through orbitz. It was a Chicago address that appeared. Could that be their address?
 

I've been having MDE problems this morning, unable to see any of our reservations, and can't link them again .... I would go with glitch. I'm goign to wait it out before panicking.
 
MDE is totally messed up today. Someone else reported it is totally down at DHS and you can not even use your FP+ in the park. All lines are 100% standby right now. I think I would be furious if I were there with a FP+ for TSM and they told me I had to stand in a 90 minute line instead if I wanted to ride!
 
Our address is wrong everytime. I just assumed it was a security feature. If I put in the right address, it must be me.
 
It was working very slow today. Trying to get adr for BoG in July and finally got one this morning. Have to double check to make sure it went through.
 
I keep getting emails from Disney Destination for special offers with someone elses name on them. Kind of freaks me out a bit because it usually refers to the person like they have been searching specific resorts....like are you still interested in Pop Century etc
 
I called technical support and was just told they're making "magical enhancements" to the system and there's no ETA for completion.

Maybe they'll start putting those "magical enhancements" on the refurbishment schedule so people can plan trips around them. :p

OP, I don't think the system issues today have anything to do with your issue. Just change the address in the system and you'll be fine.

Oh this always kills me. Like when I'm talking to someone planing their first trip, with stars in their eyes. Mentions fun things they see on the website... They've seen nothing yet.
 
how's this for a Disney system glitch - we purchased APs in January (this year - upgraded them from 10 day tickets) - MDE has the right expiration date - next January - got a postcard in the mail yesterday saying our APs are expiring on 5/19/15 and it's time to renew?! I'm not worried about it (I still have the receipt from buying the APs) but I shot them an e-mail yesterday just in case. At least for me (as of yesterday - don't want to look today if it is glitching) MDE was correct!
