Oohhh Ariel, I really wasn't expecting that one. I'm sooooo sorry you've had to cancel your trip. I know how excited you were and how much planning you put into it. I'm gonna miss reading everything! Are you able to share what the good news is? Either way, good for you for putting on your "sensible hat" goodvibes) and making the decision that's right for you and Nick. I know that must have been really tough, and I honestly don't know if I would have been able to make such a sensible decision! Really, I wouldn't worry about it. I had last summer's trip all planned out a good year in advance and it was canceled by last January. It sucked but I got over it, and it was fun getting to look forward to a trip a little farther out where I could really go crazy with the planning Plus it gave us time to do things around the city and see lots of shows, so you could always take advantage of that! Good luck with everything and best of luck with the new job opportunity. Keep us updated!!

Yes, thats what I'm hoping. Anything that can get us to Disney more is well worth just one sacrifice. I will have to write on your blog more often now so we can keep in contact, although last time I tried it wouldn't let me log in

I'm sorry you had to cancel; we were in the same boat before and I think you made the best decision. We were supposed to go the end of last month, but we just weren't 110% sure of it and knew we needed to take care of every day life before we spent the money on WDW. Then, things finally fell in to place. You will go back as soon as that pixie dust is meant to fall on you two!! WDW will always be there; you have to take care of yourselves and make sure you can get through any tough times as a couple. Way more important that WDW!

Please, please, please keep in touch though!!!

Of course I will, I will still be on everyone's PTR/TR's, there's no getting rid of me that easily . And thank you for your sweet words . I have had to realize that although its tough there is more important things than Disney, and hopefully we will go back pretty soon, but for now there is more important things.

Hey everyone, sorry I haven't been on for so long but just to let you know I am fine, thanks so much for caring :grin:. On the Sunday after valentines day I took Nick to watch Blue Man Group in London and then got him tickets for Avenue Q on the Monday. He did know about it in advance and arranged for my step brother to come too as a surprise for me. We had so much fun, my step brother is officially one of the funniest people ever and makes me laugh constantly. Then I went down to Devon at the last minute. We planned to go down for half term originally and then our plans changed, but at the last minute they changed again. I had a great time and Mum took us to see Holiday on Ice and we did lots of lovely things but unfortunately my mobile internet wasn't working (has expired I think) and Mum's computer is broken, so no internet for me

Ok, now on to other things, I have some MAJOR news. Unfortunately we have had to cancel our holiday . Something has come up career wise and it was just to good an opportunity to turn down. We put on our sensible heads and knew we could realistically just postpone our holiday for a while, I mean Disney is going to still be there in a year or whatever (well I hope). Obviously I am absolutely gutted, especially after all the planning, and its going to be such a shame ending this report as I have had so much fun with you guys along the way, but I am trying to stay positive about it. So thank you so much to everyone for joining me for all this time , and sorry you wont be getting a trip report from me any time too soon, but I hope you all join me again next time I plan

Well we were hoping to still but were not 100% at the moment. Dad has really been affected by the credit crunch here and as we already had France booked at the end of July/beginning of August he said they probably can't do it. Mum is still holding out hope, but Dad said with France too he can't see them being able to do it. Nick and I aren't sure if we really want to go without them, and also have to check the timings alright now with all the new plans. We may have to postpone that a bit too

Yes I was thinking about making a little detour to there when we go to France in the Summer. I'm not sure though as last time we went in the summer just the 2 of us it made me miss WDW so much
