Our Magical WDW Adventure ~ 23 Days of Fun, Food, Cocktails... London Trip 2/8

Croatia looks beautiful!!! I used to work with a lady from Croatia. Don't know why that's important, but you know. Had to give my two cents worth. Where is Croatia anyway??? :confused3

Its in South-East Europe, kind of opposite Italy but over the water. It does look beautiful doesn't it?

Glad your back hun, and hope your feeling better :goodvibes. I hope I get to go to them all, and soon. Looking at the pictures they all look so beautiful they are making me want to be there now. All of them (don't think thats possible but hey :confused3). I hope you get to go to lots of amazing places too, I am sure you will :thumbsup2

Croatia has a lot of similar architecture to areas of Italy - very beautiful! Again, not an area I would immediately think of, but you are certainly intriguing me to make a list of my own! This is so much fun!

Type of holiday ~ Discovering Atlantis

Years and years ago I heard about this amazing new resort and after seeing pictures I new I had to go. Now I must admit that The Bahama's themselves are not one of the places I feel I must visit, although from the time we spent there we did enjoy it and thought it was really beautiful. However, I have to get to Atlantis, and soon. There is so much to see and do there, the beaches look beautiful and the snorkeling amazing. And don't even get me started on the restaurants and bars. We did think about going there this year when we were considering Mexico and I remembered how much I wanted to go there. I thought it would be really cool if we could do both and funnily Virgin offer 2-centers, with the Bahama's and Mexico, and the exact 2 resorts we wanted, the Moon Palace and Atlantis. When we looked in to it however we realised we were going to need a lot of money for food, drink, activities and souvenirs at Atlantis, and although it was possible, we thought it would be better to wait a bit rather than have to cut down lots at the Moon Palace. Now when we decide to go, we can do it properly, and see and do everything properly

Oh good grief!! Now I am really bad at this!! I've even been to Paridise Island and I got it wrong! :sad2: I think they must have used a polarizing lens on those pictures!! :rotfl:
Atlantis wasn't built when we went but there was a beautiful hotel in that spot. It is a very fun place to go. When DH and I went they thought we were "uptight East Coast people" (true at the time!!!! :upsidedow )and they said "just relax, mon, you in da Bahamas now".... just what we needed! :flower3: It was great!

Sounds lovely, I bet you had a great time. I did love the beaches there, the powder white sand and the turquoise water, and Atlantis just looks amazing.

Never been to the bahamas but my parents were at paradise island for their honeymoon (25 yrs ago lol) and of course they loved it!

Cool, I bet it was a perfect honeymoon destination. I guess this was before Atlantis was built?

Where will we be going today for Destination Number Seven... I will give you a little clue

I forgot to post the next clue last night, so thought I would post it now. I put up an easier picture as you haven't got as much time and I hope to get some guesses before I put the destination up. Check back layer to see ;)

Hi Ariel,
I'm enjoying getting caught up on your destinations you want to visit. I would love to visit most of those places too. Kenya and Croatia both look amazing! Too bad I'll probably never be able to afford it for a family of four. I should have traveled more before we had kids. Which is the smart way ;). Of course my kids love to travel though :). i have no idea where number 7 is. I'm going to guess New Zealand though. I did a project on it at travel school and your pictures looks very familiar.
