I ordered a magic elf (Lucas) last week & he arrived into our family on Thanksgiving Day. The kids were excited & have grown rather fond of him. So Friday we went to see santa at the mall. On the way to the car-my DS5 starts yelling that his head fell off. My DD2 of course didn't understand but DS5 cried for hours that his elf died. Boy was that tough. I sewed it back on & had to tell him that it was ok for me to do that because he's really not alive until we sprinkle him with the magic flakes at night. Well his head's not coming off again!!! But-anyone who orders from elf-magic.com just be sure the head is well secured before giving it to your kids. It was tragic!
But all is well now. He's been into everything & loves hiding.
I emailed them to let them know what happened. And at work today, one of my co-workers said hers it about to fall off. She called & they're sending her a replacement to swap out hers. But I fixed ours & have no intention of sending him back for another.
