"our Litttle Souvineer"

yup us too...;) twins also! I joked about naming them Mickey and Goofy, lol

DS, almost 8 was concieved on the Big Red Boat after our 4-day stay at the Grand Floridian. He isn't techinically a "Disney Baby", but it happened on a Disney trip!

Our miracle baby was conceived while staying at the Disney Institute. It had been five years of heartache and disappointment, but while we were there in February of 2001 we must have seen the fireworks at MK three or four times and everytime we wished upon the star at the end for a little brother or sister for our six year old son. On the last day we watched the fireworks from the California Grill and I sensed that maybe our dream was about to come true. The next morning before we checked out I bought a 2001 bib that said "It's the start of something big". Little did I know how big a thing it was the start of. Our daughter will be 8 months old in a few weeks and not a day goes by that I don't realize how lucky we were to have a little pixie dust thrown our way.

Everyone thinks I'm nuts when I say it's a magical place, but for us it will always be the most magical of places.

How many sets of twins have I counted so far...3...? mine identical boys, A set of girls and another set (sex unknown) Wow!
Lots of pixie dust to all.

Dallas Lady, that is too funny as my DH and I are spending our 1st anniversary at POR in Sept and we are hoping to bring a little something (someone) ;) home with us!

Hidden Mickey . LOL I love it

:D :D :D

We doubled our Disney Magic. We tried to sell our house for over a year, no luck, so decided to stay put and try for baby #2. After a year, no luck there either. Finally decided to foget it all and go to Disney. While on Pirates of Carribean, got a call from real estate agent, house was sold. Got home (stayed at WL) and found out I was pregnant.

What a great thread!

Not MY souvenir--but when DH and I went in April 2000 to celebrate our wedding anniversary--DS (then 18) stayed home alone.

In January 2001 we had our first grandchild.

Well I didn?t conceive my miracle baby boy at DW but it ends up that I was 4 days post conception when we visited in 1997. And I tell people that Disney World is the most magical place on earth because it made that tiny baby a keeper :) (We had lost 5 babies before that from 6 weeks gestation to 25 weeks gestation). It was the 25th anniversary celebration so I remember telling my husband if I am pregnant and if we go to term this time we will send that little one and a friend/wife or husband to DW for the 50th anniversary celebration. And I plan to keep my word :)

What a great story, StrwLady! I know I'll be thinking of it when they announce the 50th Anniversary celebration. My boys will be 27 and 22 by then; maybe a big family trip will be in order. Hard to think of them as adults when I'm trying to get one out of diapers still! LOL

Strwlady - You win the biggest goosebumps story. I'm so happy for you and your family.

My DW and I will be going to WDW this Sept. It will be my first and her second time. We are celebrating our 9th anniversary. We have tried for 9 years but have had no sucess. We will have to wait and see if the Magic strikes again.
