Our Late Summer Itinerary: Comments?

According to the Unofficial Guide the crowds in the parks will be a "6" when we are there 8/29-9/4 (Labor Day and the week before.)

This is our first summer trip to WDW so I could use some feedback from people who have been there during this time.

WHO: Family of 5 with kids 5, 8 & 11
WHERE: PO-Riverside
TICKETS: 5-Day MYW with Water option, no hopper (this saves us $200)

Oh ya, we have the free dining plan as well! I listed the EMH park next to the day because I know this info. is critical to planning. Some days we are planning to go to the EMH park, other days we are avoiding.

Tues. 8/29 EMH Park is Epcot
Arrive at MCO 11am
Check into POR
MK until closing with dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern

Wed. 8/30 EMH Park is AK-Evening Hours
BB or TL in the moring
Rest at POR in afternoon
AK 3pm 'til EMH at 8pm (this sounds like it could be a mistake)

Thurs. 8/31 EMH Park is MK-Morning
BB or TL in the morning
Rest at POR in afternoon
Fantasmic Package at MGM, stay 'til closing

Fri. 9/1 EMH Park is Epcot-Evening
BB or TL in the morning
Rest at POR in afternoon
Epcot for Late EMH, dinner at Le Cellier

Sat. 9/2 EMH Park is MGM
Swim at POR pool
Downtown Disney
Disney Quest
Dinner at Chef Mickey's or in DD

Sun. 9/3 EMH Park is MK-Late
BB or TL in the morning
Rest at POR in afternoon
Dinner at 'Ohana
MK for Late EMH (another potential mistake)

Personally, I wouldn't do the water parks 3 days in a row. I would take advantage of the early MK EMH and skip the water park that day. Be at MK for opening and stay till early noonish, return your hotel for some pool and nap time, then stick with your evening plans for that day.
