Thanks for asking, I'm in Manhattan where K-state is, and we're just fine. Greensburg I think is about 4 hours from here. There was one that went thru NW of here the other night.

There has been quite a bit of flooding in the area tho.

I'm in the Kansas City, MO area and other than heavy rain and spotty flooding near the Missouri River, we're fine here. My heart goes out to those affected by the tornados - such devastation is beyond words.

I'm concerned about a few of our fellow crafters. I'm sure some are without power so they can't see this message yet. But even if a friend of a friend sees it hopefully they will know we are here if they need anything.

I'm in Olathe and other than all the rain and some minor flooding, we are fine here. However, our hearts are just breaking for Greensburg--there is just about nothing left of that town.

Can you tell I was getting concerned with you not around??
My heart breaks for them too. I read that 95% of all the buildings were gone including every church, the school, the hospital etc....
I'm truly amazed that there were not more deaths. Prayers to everyone in the area. Let us know if we can send anything that way for care packages.
