Hi, I think everyone is different in the way we plan our holidays but looking forward to it and planning is part of the fun too.

The only thing I would say on your plan, is maybe schedule a rest day or two, even though I can see your theme park days are not necessarily full days.
You certainly seem to have things covered and sounds like it will be a brilliant trip. :thumbsup2

Having a villa gives you that chance to relax a bit more when you feel like it, personally we just plan the first few days and then see how we go each day.
Having a plan is a good idea, just do not be afraid to change it when you get out there - if you feel you need to chill out for a day then that can sometimes help in the middle of a very active holiday.

Looks great although as Johnny mentioned a rest day or two would be worth considering :thumbsup2

Rest? Pah!!

No seriously on the days that we are at US and IOA the rest of the gang will take time off, and Mum and Dad will take each day as it comes and either follow the crowd or hang around at home or DTD etc.

We will either pop back to the villa during the PM or maybe miss the occasional firework show etc if we know it's a park that will be repeated.

Beyond that we are quite happy to come home shattered!!

We plan on living on junk food and pixie dust for two weeks - :wizard:

I can think of nothing better

I absolutely agree, there's no other way to do it :) BTW your itinerary looks great

We'are travelling on the 17th May from LGW and coming back on the 2nd - staying at The Manors North Westridge - might see you there!

Maybe

I'll be sure to look out for the blue hair and follow in your mouth - maybe I'll keep my eyes open at The Living Seas - :rotfl2:

Very funnnnnny!!!!

You'll have a better chance spotting us if you look out for the mad woman approaching 40 with an East Anglian accent dragging 2 abusive kids behind her!! - Ps dh probably following 100 metres behind as prefers disassociation

:rotfl2:

You wont be the only mad ones there, we will be the equally mad, slightly loud group up excitedly dressed princesses - and that just the men.

:wizard:

Looks great!

The only thing that I would mention is MK & Cirque on your first day. As it is your first day and you are at MK in the day as well, might you feel a little tired for Cirque in the evening too? The younger (or possibly older ;) ) guests among you might be feeling the affects of jetlag.

I might be more inclined to schedule Cirque on a rest day or possibly a half park or waterpark day (though you may not be planning on spending all day in the MK)

Thanks Miffy

I completely agree about Cirque and had planned to book it half way through the hol after a water park.

But when I rang up was told that Cirque is closed after our first day and then they on their holidays or whatever for the rest of our stay.

So as we are detirmined not to miss them, we shall leave MK after the atfernoon parade, go back to the villa shower and change before feeding the kids straight coffee beans and sugar for the rest of the evening.

Fingers crossed, cirque will be far too amazing to allow any of us to feel the affects untill after the show.

Thanks again.

Aha!

Well in that case your plan looks fabulous :teeth: and I would have done the same exactly :thumbsup2

Crim if you can manage all that then you deserve A badge!!! In all honesty I would expect you will burn out at the end of your first week,if I was you instead of planning 1/2 days in the parks, plan for full days & then fit in some rest days. I'm sure I read in the Brits guide that someone had used a pedometer at Epcot & they recorded 13 miles in one day! Another bonus to having "spare" days is that you have a couple of "standbys" in case of rain, crowds etc.
On a different note I hope that you will put a post up about La Nouba as I've just booked online for our trip in Sept!
Enjoy SD :firefight
