Our Generation Horse at Target

Does anyone know if they ever have free shipping for these horses or any of the accessories? I'm looking to buy a horse, doll bed and outfit but the shipping is almost $33.00 and that's crazy.

I don't know but check out Walmart's Madam Alexander horses that are the same size. They are around $36 or $37 and are much nicer.

I vaguely remember seeing reduced shipping once or twice nearer to Christmas last year, but it doesn't seem to be a common thing. I ended up getting the Badger Twin Bunk Bed for DD from Walmart because they had free site to store shipping. I picked up the white Our Generation horse at Target one day last fall when they were on sale for $18 or so.
