The love that my dogs have for me sometimes moves me to tears.
I had one Yorkie that stayed in bed with me for two days while I was sick. She did not eat and my husband had to carry her out to go potty. That dog would have died there with me if it had come to that. I drug myself out of bed for her sake. And I have a Griffon now that would do the same thing.

My Yorkie is now 13 1/2 years old and is getting dementia and is almost deaf. It’s hard watching her get old. She’s given us so much joy throughout the years. I think this may be her last Christmas, so we’re going to spoil her with giving her all her favorite treats

We have a cat that is almost 20 and I feel the same way about her. She is absolutely my best friend, but I know that she isn't going to live forever, so I just try to keep her happy and comfortable.

We have a house full-2 dogs, 2 cats, and 2 birds. But the chihuahua is 100% fully attached to me. I can't shift in my seat without him noticing. Sticks to me like glue morning and night. He's my shadow sidekick and I love it.

They have their own, very different personalities, and no patience for changes in their routines. I adore them both!

Agree. I don't know what I would do without my pups now that DD has left the nest. I also have three cats. Love my fur babies!
