The morning started misty but the potential for a lovely day was there.

After breakfast of cereal, with the milk we bought last night we were off to MGM.

Upon arrival we went straight to Rock ‘n’ Roller coaster for Fast Passes.

before heading over to the Hollywood Tower of Terror.

The queue was not very long but there was only one ‘lift’ working!! Soon we had bene amused by our fellow travelers screams and headed over to R’n’R, although once our FP time was due I quickly nipped and got a FP for ToT :D The new queuing area for FP at R’n’R was better than before and we were soon on our journey ‘across town’. Our FP’s for ToT meant we could get on there after Beauty and the Beast’s first show of the day so decided to head for Beauty and the Beast and were pleasantly surprised to see 4 For a Dollar :) As usual Beauty and the Beast was great, although one of the dancers fell over really hard and had to limp off :(

It was then time for ToT before a quick lunch of burgers, which now come on half brown and half white rolls.

By now it was getting warmer and we headed off back to get the bus, with a last look towards ToT.

Once back at SSR we got the car and headed out for some supplies at Publix, stopping at Premium Outlets as it was so close. We had a wander round to our usual stores and I bought two Coach handbags and we eyed up several other items for later in the trip. Publix shopping was then done including Krispy Kreme donuts and once back at SSR the fridge was quickly stocked :thumb:

The pool was now calling so off we went.

The pool was great especially the pool bar which had a refill station for the mugs :D After a good hour and a half as the sun was getting cooler we headed back to the room for a shower before catching the bus to Epcot.

It was full steam ahead to World Showcase and food, as well as some wine :drinking: We started with the Nachos from the Cantina at Mexico. This filled a small hole :thumbsup2

We then moved on to the South African stand and had Durban Chicken with a glass of white wine each. This was quite nice but the bread under wasn’t too good.

Then we saw the lamb on the Aussie stand, well what can I say it tasted great, and so did the wine :teeth:

Finally it was Canada where I had the cheddar cheese soup and Nathan sampled the salmon, again with white wine :)

It was then time to watch Illuminations before heading back for a good nights sleep.

Claire,
May I have permission to use the first line of this report installment? It would make a terrific start to a novel!
Brochure quality photos. Thanks for yet another entertaining TR.

No problem at all with using the first line :)

It's literally years since we saw Beauty and the Beast, but it definitely fits into our plan of chilling out and soaking everything up, so I'm determined we'll get to it this trip.

Yeah, baby - that's my kind of fridge! :rotfl: I'm also delighted to see the open pool bar at SSR. :thumbsup2

Your pics of the IF&WF offerings have got me soooo excited. I'll be there in less than 3 weeks! :yay:

Oh I love the F&WF I so wish I was going this year, great day:goodvibes

I totally approve of the contents of said fridge :thumbsup2 fab day.

I think a photo of a fridge full of booze is nearly as important as a photo outside Cinderella's Castle :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Another great day :)

fantastic day with great food photos so very pleased

F&W looks great, lovely looking food, can't wait to try some next year.

Lovely report. With F&W are the samples free or do you pay a nominal amount for them.
