We have been to WDW 10 straight years but always in February (President's week) we were there this year too but we are going back in December for Christmas week. Any good tips or must sees or do's?

Our favorite thing to do, is actually visiting the resorts to see the holiday decorations. We planned a TS meal at every Deluxe resort and would eat dinner and walk around the resort at night just taking it all in.

We were pleasantly surprised at the Beach Club when Mickey and Minnie were in the lobby and we were able to get pictures with them in Christmas attire. One of our best memories.

Absolutely do not miss:
1. Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights at HS
2. Candlelight Processional at Epcot (we don't bother with the dinner, just hang out at the back)
3. The gingerbread house in the Grand Floridian lobby.
4. The lobby of the Wilderness Lodge
5. Wishes with the Christmas theme (if you're there right at Christmas)

These are all what I would have said! :thumbsup2 Although we have done the Candlelight dinner package.

Also agree with other poster that visiting the resorts for their decorations is a wonderful to enjoy the season.

Disney at Christmas time is simply wonderful! Enjoy! :)

Tour the resorts as said before.
Check out Santas around the world @ EPCOT.
Count on large crowds make sure you use fast pass as much as you can, don't be disapointed if you do not get to do all the things you want, just relax and take your time. We would take a break in the busiest times of the day to check out the resorts kinda gibes you a break from the crowds in the park , but I do like ti idea of dinner then check out the resort, sound like a nice way to spend an evening.

I know a lot of people don't recommend Christmas week because of the crowds, but we loved it. It is a magical place to be during a magical time of year. It sounds like you are used to the crowds though since you visit during President's Week.

I think the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package is worth it. We had a nice relaxing dinner at Les Chefs then had prime seats for the show. That was a wonderful way to spend the evening of Christmas Day, and it really got us out of the crowds. Edward James Olmos has done the Christmas Eve/Day narration for the past few years, and it is obviously very meaningful to him.

DF and I went for Christmas this past year and had a wonderful experience! I recommend booking the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package. We ate at Coral Reef, had a lovely dinner, then had front row seating for the wonderful show. We also did Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party! We loved it as it was a first time experience but if we go back for Christmas I'd not sure we'd spend the extra money.

Don't forget about Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party. It is a great time at the Magic Kingdom. Also, the Osbourne Family lights at HS and the Candelight Processional at Epcot. The Candelight Processional is a great telling of the Christmas story. As your trip gets closer, you will be able to find out who the narrator is for the CP at Epcot. It is a don't miss!

Also, in front of the Grand Floridan there will be someone handing out roasted chestnuts. This is one of the freebies at WDW, and they are good!

If you want a Mickey ornament, stop at the Christmas shop in Liberty Square. You will want to do this early, sometimes they get back logged and stop taking orders. We get a personalized ornament each time we go to WDW.

This will be a specatuclar time to visit.
