Having been at WDW so many times during the summer and Easter we decided to do a Christmas and New Year trip. We had done DLP at Christmas several times but as you can imagine It was absolutely freezing!
We arrived in Orlando on the 20th and got the ME to the BCV. From the plane to the room in an hour and a half!
Just had time to nip into Epcot and grab some fish and chips at Harry Ramsdens. First full day spent in MK doing all three 'mountains', HM etc. Weather is very pleasant with no humidity. Crowds no worse than typical summers day.
Also did some shopping at Florida Mall, seen Osborne Lights (which were amazing), did Epcot Segway Tour, watched Candlelight Processional etc.
For Christmas Day we headed to MK getting bus at around 7-00am!! We were expecting a stampede at the entrance but it was fairly quiet. After having breakfast in Main Street Bakery we did the 'mountains' by 9ish! In total we did 7 rides all with FP. Had lunch ressie at Liberty Tree Tavern for 2-00 pm. First time we have eaten here and found to be quite nice!
Headed back to resort at around 6, where everyone dissed off fairly quickly!
Well, now we're heading off to Port Canaveral to board the Dream for a 3 night cruise!!
