We were on the Dream for 9 days- and had up to 17 people with us. So we tried lots of food ( and my husband took pictures of almost all of it!).
Overall we thought the food was good- some we didn't like and some we loved!
In general- we liked the steaks. Our favorite ( outside of Palo which was incredible) was the New York Grilled Steak from the Enchanted Garden. The twiced baked potato was the only potato our boys liked.
My favorite fish was the Pan Seared Sea Bass from Enchanted Garden. My husband doesn't even like fish and he thought it was good!
Our favorite place to eat breakfast was Royal Palace. We loved it there- my youngest fell in love with the Waffle sandwhich- it was filled with Dulce de Leche cream.
One of our favorite appetizers was the Sesame-flavored Rock Shrimp and Caramelized Onion Cheesecake from Animator's Palate. Sorry we didn't get a picture until a bite was already taken.
and the Black Truffle Pasta Purseittes- also from Animator's Palate
We also loved the Artichoke, Spinach and Jalepeno Cheese dip that was on the Till We Meet Again Menu ( 5 night cruise)
My favorite Soup was the Comtesse du Barry's Soup-a rich velvety cauliflower soup. So Good!
I still dream about the Bleu Cheese and Grape Pizza from Palo- sounds weird but it is incredible!
We also really enjoyed eating lunch at the Royal Palace. My boys liked the steak and the bacon cheeseburger
But it is worth a trip there just for the Apple streudel
But the absolutely best dessert( outside of Palo) was the Celebration Cake from the Till We Meet Again menu
But if you get to go to Palo, you have to get the chocolate souffle
If you are getting something from Flo's Diner- you have to try the Bacon Bits and Brie Sandwich
And if you are ordering room service, you have to get the chicken wings
The short ribs on Castaway Cay were better than I remembered. They fell off the bone- and if you eat at Serenity Bay you can also get steak
My husband took nearly 150 pictures, just of food. When I get a chance, I will try to post them under the food porn thread.
