Hi all!!

It's been a while since I've been on..but...I have GREAT news!! We are in the midst of planning our next Disney trip!!

It will be my boyfriend and I, and our two children and THIS year, we are bringing a special guest....my mom! She's never done Disney before (well...maybe one time when I was younger...but it was just Magic Kingdom) and she's definitely never done Disney with us. Aside from my mom coming, what makes this more special is that we're going for Christmas and what makes it even MORE special is that its going to be a complete surprise for the kids.

We (as in my boyfriend, two kids, and I) are going to have annual passes by this point. So we will just need to book the room (Art of Animation Resort Cars suite!) and dining plan. I have a question though for you guys (because let's face it..i get better answers here than chatting with a Disney rep). How would I book this for my mom so that she can stay in the room with us? I want her to have the dining plan, but she only needs the 5 day park hopper. I'm confused as to how to book all of this and any help would be greatly appreciated!!

right...but if I do that, can she still get the dining plan? I guess my question is, is it possible to buy the dining plan separately? Or do the tickets, hotel, and dining plan have to be purchased together?

Since you will have APs you will want to book it as an ap package with dining. That way it gets rid of the admission requirement for everyone.
