Today is moving day. We get up early to watch the animals and just soak in the beauty of this resort. No time for a real breakfast so Jake and I grab a couple of granola bars and I look for the nearest coke machine, we are off to the Dolphin to pick up the car that I rented for one day. I had never been to the Dolphin before and I guess it's pretty nice, but I'm not sure about that tent like thing in the lobby. We get the car and head back to the AKL where the girls have everything ready to go, we pack it all up and we are off to BWV. This trip we decided to try renting DVC points and found some from guy in CT. Because this was his home resort he was able to book 11 months in advance and we got the villa we wanted, a two bedroom standard view. Standard view rooms are cheaper and from what I hear alot quieter than the boardwalk view rooms. We had a one bedroom and a studio next door to make a two bedroom and it was very nice. Beth and her friend had the studio and Jake took the sleeper sofa in our living room. Now he is glad we brought the Aero Bed. The master bedroom is quite large and has a huge king sized bed that is very comfortable. We also have three balconeys, the view is of the front of the resort where you pull up to unload your car. After we unpack Ann and I hve to go to the grocery store. The kids have heard about the pool here and can't wait to go. I am not used to driving outside of WDW and finding the Publix supermarket was an adventure, but we made it there and back safely. After a late lunch in the room we are ready to go to Epcot. From the boardwalk it is only a five minute walk through the international gateway and you are there. Jake and I stop at few CM to trade pins, by this time Ann doesn't even look anymore she just keeps walking and it is up to us to catch up to her. We are walking through World Showcase while the Tapestry of Nations parade is going on. The floats are outragous and the puppets are huge. We head over to the passholders lounge in the land to get a drink and PS tickets for Shockwave. The lounge is very much nicer than the one in AK. It is air conditioned and they have diet coke! Over the next couple of hours we do Test Track and the new Figment ride, which is much better than the original in my opinion. We also do some shopping and just looking around. We walked by when Off-Kilter was playing and stopped for a while. These guys are good! Beth, my daughter does irish step dancing and I noticed her tapping her feet to the music. Now this is not irish music but it is very similar and I offered her $10 if she would go up front and just start jigging. I thought maybe the band would notice her and start playing an irish tune and make a big deal about her, but she wouldn't do it. It is time for Shockwave and we have seats right up front. Jake is in a marching band and plays a brass instrament. We have also seen Blast in the theater so we know what to expect. The show is great and Jake simply loved it. After that we look for a place to watch Illuminations. We find two CM standing by a roped off area with a few people inside it. I asked one of them if this is the PS for passholders and he said they don't offer that anymore, but then he let us in anyway. The view was perfect and the show was perfect. After Illuminations it is a short walk home and day three at an end.

it seems like a great place.....Test track is my all time favorite at Epcot.....thanks again.....I have 33 days to go and I can do test track again

Another great day! We are transferring to the YC after our 2 nights at AKL. I can't wait to have the ease of accessing Epcot (my favorite park) throught the International Gateway!

Another great day! How neat that the CM let you into the preferred viewing area for Illuminations. :D

What a busy day. Missed test track my last visit. Had technical problems. Love that ride.
