Our dinning line up.

We are 2 days away from our 60 day mark (yay!!) but now I'm in planning over drive. The following are our dinning reservations. What do you think?
Sun-BOG 10:35am (lunch)
Chef Mickey 5:35 (dinner)
Monday-1900 park (dinner)
Tuesday -Hollywood & vine (lunch)
Wednesday- crystal palace 10:35 (technically breakfast but we're using at lunch)
Yachtsmen dinner (DH & I are having a date night while the kids have in room sitter)
Thursday- Ohana 10:45am (rest day)
Friday-CRT dinner (BBB that morning)
Sat-none-
Sunday- BOG lunch.
What are your thoughts? I'm considering trying to put in one more character meal on Sunday night but I don't want to over schedule every moment either.

Looks good to me. I would add in Akershus based off of your profile pic . I would also switch our H&V for something else. I haven't heard too many good things about it.
